Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming guests and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience
Handling guest enquiries both in person and over the phone
Managing reservations, guest accounts, payments, and room allocations accurately
Providing information about hotel facilities and local attractions
Maintaining high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Promoting hotel services and facilities to maximise guest experience
Working collaboratively with all hotel departments to ensure seamless operations
Following security, confidentiality, health & safety, and company procedures at all times

Qualifications
What We're Looking For
A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a busy environment
Passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Previous hotel reception or customer service experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided
