Job Description

Provide administrative support to the Sales team
Prepare proposals and contracts
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of group bookings and events
Handle client correspondence and follow up on inquiries
Maintain accurate records in the sales system
Assist with site inspections and client visits
Support sales activities, promotions, and campaigns as assigned
Prepare and submit assigned sales reports accurately and in a timely manner

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Good command of English and Thai (spoken and written)
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Positive attitude, service-minded, and team-oriented
Flexible with working hours as required by hotel operations
