Role summary
The Connectivity Executive role is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of an exciting new project to drive revenue for the business. This is a great opportunity for someone to learn new skills and gain exposure to travel technology and product contracting, the ideal candidate will already be skilled in systems management and/or operational support and eager to learn new skills and new ways of working.

What you’ll do:
Act as the primary point of contact for supply partners, setting out processes and troubleshoot any tech, pricing or invoicing issues
Working with the Product team to identify hotels, control logging and mapping processes, feeding back any issues with hotels or extension product within their regions
Ensuring all products are pulling through for the agents to book with applicable room types and maximum availability
Training of all internal teams and being the support person for queries and issues
Liaising with the Bedbank Account Manager on behalf of the Exodus sales team on any inventory issues or any required management of bookings
Prioritise workload for regions and gateways in line with commercial goals and priorities
Production of reporting of pre and post accommodation and extensions attachment rate
Support content with online updates
Carrying out quality control checks on bookings with dynamic inventory attached to ensure accuracy, minimise errors and prevent financial losses
Communication of erratas, reprotections, T&C amends and special offers to internal teams
The role may also require some Product Executive tasks to be carried out such as contracting of transfers, exclusive offers or additional ancillaries
Support the roadmap rollout for future integrations where required.

Proficient in Softrip, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with an understanding of reservations systems and processes preferable.
