Currently, we are looking for a person to work as a Media Sales Specialist in CDMX or Cancun.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with local and international partners, advertising agencies and tourism secretariats.
- On a day-to-day basis, the position seeks to coordinate with external clients (airlines, hotels, destinations, etc.) and the internal teams of Grupo Despegar (AdSales, Design, Traffic/AdOps, Product, Marketing, Sales, etc.), analyzing the KPIs of each client and proposing online and offline media plans with the aim of meeting the needs of partners. adding value in each campaign generated.
- It will be responsible for carrying out these plans and ensuring their correct execution during the validity of the campaign, proposing an effective communication strategy based on the agreements generated by the Travel Partners sales team.
- He will also be responsible for coordinating the brief and assembly of pieces with the design team, as well as the implementation of the campaigns together with the traffic team, monitoring delivery and reviewing partial and final reports for both clients and Key Account Managers of each country and the main regional accounts.
- Active management of accounts on a day-to-day basis is sought to achieve the best possible results: creating communication strategies for brands based on internal sales insights and reports; lead the production of materials and presentations; analyze post-campaign results and propose future plans to generate new campaigns.
- Media Solutions Key Account Tracking
- Survey of partner needs through briefing meetings
- Strategic planning of the marketing plan and preparation of proposals according to the client's objectives, available inventory and estimated audience (forecast)
- Preparation of the IO (Insertion Order) and coordination of your signature, ensuring compliance with SOX audit requirements
- Monitoring and follow-up of the timely implementation of the marketing plan
- Preparation and analysis of partial/final reports with a focus on communication/sales objectives, to detect insights, promote learning and propose improvements (in addition to looking for upselling opportunities)
- Constant communication with customers, prioritizing excellence in "time to market"
