Senior Manager, Global Markets, Brand Expedia

Introduction to team:

The Traveler Business Team has a mission to deliver the most convenient, rewarding, and memorable ways for people to travel and explore the world. This division has responsibility to build and drive the growth of our global consumer business across our Expedia, Hotels.com, Vrbo, and Portfolio brands, and across all our lines of businesses including Hotels, Vacation Rentals, Air, Car, Packages, and Insurtech.

The Global Markets team sits within the Travel Business Team and is responsible for expanding Expedia Group's global business. The team drives robust and meaningful global market growth, and takes the lead on shaping the growth strategy.

In this role you will:

• Represent Global Markets in Brand Expedia strategy, planning discussions and alignment forums across broader Expedia Group teams to drive forward international growth goals

• Represent Brand Expedia with International teams, ensuring regional priorities and initiatives align with global brand strategies and goals

• Collaborate cross functionally working across the organization to drive decision-making and execution for successful outcome

• Create clear, concise and organized communication materials (e.g. reports, dashboards, presentations, messages) tailored to a varied set of stakeholders to obtain buy-in

Experience and qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting and / or similar role in a leading technology company

• Results-oriented self-starter with exceptional initiative and bias toward action

• Strong communication skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

• Strong relationship-building skills to create a network across various stakeholders and cross-functional teams

• Strong program management skills with demonstrated ability to deliver results

• Exceptional organization skills to lead multiple projects and handle competing priorities

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic and complex environment and prioritize effectively

• Analytical and numerate skills to assemble and synthesize data into compelling narratives that drive stakeholder buy-in

• Excellent MS Office skills; highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint

The total cash range for this position in Dallas is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.

The total cash range for this position in New York is $166,000.00 to $232,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $265,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
