We are looking for a motivated customer-centric Aftersales Agent to join our team in Castelnaudary! This role is a 6 month contract, working 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday), offering a hybrid working pattern.

The Aftersales Agent is responsible for delivering exceptional post-sales service to customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. This role involves handling inbound customer enquiries, ensuring all customer documentation is in place before departure, managing outstanding debtors, trade partner administration, promoting ancillary aftersales products and services, and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for Le Boat customers
- Provide expert advice on available packages and additional products to improve customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service history, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
- Find opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Handling cancellations and refunds in line with terms and conditions
- Implement inventory changes aligned with the inventory team and according to the disruption management protocol
- Ensure that all customer documentation is completed in line with the customer journey and pre-departure requirements
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in a customer service role
- Strong communication skills, with a confident and professional telephone manor
- Proficient in English plus one other language (German, French, Italian or Spanish)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving mentality with a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
