Job Summary

Manage the travel requirements of the B2C division through advice, quotation, reservation, issuance, confirmation, modification of land portions and complementary services, guaranteeing compliance and effective closing of transactions.

Main responsibilities

• Receive requests from potential vacation customers through phone calls, counter, via email and assignments in the technological tool.
• Processing all transactions in accordance with the client's requirements (issuances, modifications, cancellations)
• To guide the client in eventualities that arise before, during and after the trip
• Comply with the response times established in the procedures guaranteeing compliance with the service level agreement
• Generate the reservation of the service with the suppliers in accordance with the proposal accepted by the client

Requirements

• Experience in vacation travel management
• Knowledge of GDS
