We’re seeking a Lead Product Designer to own and evolve the design direction of our new mobile app—a core initiative driving the next phase of our company’s growth.. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of a high-impact product from the ground up, influencing not just how it looks and feels, but how it performs and scales. 

In this pivotal role you’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and company leadership to refine the current MVP and guide it toward long-term success.As the design lead, you will bring strategic thinking, systems-level design craft, and mentorship to elevate both the product and the team. From delivering a best-in-class mobile experience to amplifying design’s impact across the company, you’ll be in the driver’s seat. 

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the end-to-end design for our mobile app—evolving the MVP and launching high-impact new features that balance user needs and business goals.
  • Shape and drive design strategy in close partnership with product leadership, using user insights, data, and market signals to define a bold vision and actionable roadmap.
  • Mentor and elevate designers across the team, fostering a culture of growth, feedback, and design excellence.
  • Translate complexity into clarity by aligning business strategy, technical constraints, and user behavior into a holistic and intuitive mobile experience.
  • Identify and drive new strategic opportunities—from product innovation to process improvements, with measurable business and user impact.
  • Present and communicate design decisions effectively across disciplines and leadership levels—ensuring alignment and enthusiasm for the work.
  • Champion design operations, investing in tools, systems, and workflows to enhancethe quality, velocity, and impact of our design practice.

Ideally, you’ll bring with you:

  • 7+ years of product design experience, with at least 2+ years in a lead role shipping mobile applications end-to-end.
  • A track record of  launching and scaling mobile products that drive significant business outcomes.
  • Deep expertise in user research, design systems, interaction design, and visual design for mobile platforms.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates exceptional design quality, strategic thinking, and clear business impact.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills—you can bring people along, even in complex or high-stakes situations.
  • Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments, including collaboration with external engineering partners.
  • Mastery of Figma and other modern design tools.
  • A passion for mentorship and helping designers grow—through systems thinking, coaching, or leading by example.
  • Business-level fluency in English.
