Job Description
We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Manager to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and meet company objectives. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing a team, creating marketing campaigns, and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibility:
1. Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
2. Oversee the sales team, set sales goals, and monitor performance to ensure targets are met.
3. Lead the development of marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising activities.
4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
5. Build strong relationships with key clients and partners to enhance business opportunities.
6. Monitor and analyze sales and marketing metrics to optimize strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
2. Proven experience in sales and marketing, with a track record of successfully meeting sales targets.
3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
5. Ability to think creatively and strategically.
6. In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
7. Experience in the relevant industry is preferred.
