Job Description

The Front Desk Manager is responsible for overseeing all front desk operations, including managing receptionists, handling guest check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a high level of customer service.

Job Responsibility:
1. Supervise and train front desk staff on proper procedures and customer service standards.
2. Monitor and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.
3. Handle guest inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and guest satisfaction.
5. Manage reservations, room assignments, and check-ins/check-outs effectively.
6. Keep track of room availability and rates to maximize occupancy and revenue.
7. Implement and enforce hotel policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
8. Prepare reports on front desk performance, occupancy rates, and guest feedback for management review.

Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Front Desk Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
4. Proficiency in hotel management software and MS Office.
5. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
6. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
