Job Summary:
As a Front Office - Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer service for guests checking in and out of the hotel. You will be the first point of contact for guests and will assist them with inquiries, check-in/check-out procedures, and any special requests they may have.
Job Responsibility:
1. Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
2. Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and efficiently.
3. Check guests in and out of the hotel, ensuring accuracy in reservations and payment procedures.
4. Provide information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
5. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled in a timely manner.
6. Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area and lobby space.
7. Adhere to all hotel policies, procedures, and standards to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Saudi national.
2. Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a hotel setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
6. Knowledge of hotel booking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
7. Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
