PRIMARY PURPOSE

The HR Business Partner to the Wilderness aviation business acts as a strategic HR implementation partner assisting in the navigation of the unique challenges and opportunities of the sector. They work closely with business leaders to ensure Daily HR deliverables align with the company's operational requirements, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining talent within the industry.

The aviation industry is constantly evolving, requiring HR to be adaptable and responsive to the industry specific regulations. The HR Business Partner plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies whilst staying informed about local and national regulatory changes, especially regarding work and residence permits.

• Provide expertise on industry-specific HR practices and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
• Partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and Implement HR strategies that support the achievement of those goals.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related
  

Experience:                    

• 3 years or more experience in HR roles within the aviation
• Strong knowledge of aviation industry regulations and best
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop Human Resources staff
