Description:
Responsible for the development, planning and operational execution of meetings, conferences, conventions, incentives and events. She coordinates several programs simultaneously and manages the day-to-day running of each of her accounts.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Planning and logistics of complex meetings, conferences and/or conventions with multiple venues/hotels, audiences and agendas.
- Choose venues, hotels and suppliers according to the specific needs of each client and program
- Prepare proposals for the client by offering quotes, always negotiating the best rates
- Recommend and use authorized DMCs
- Develop and coordinate the best itineraries and programs for a successful program agenda
- Day-to-day tracking for each of your accounts
- Preparation of minutes and filling out of forms necessary to keep the account updated
- Grow the account by increasing the number of events and spending on each event
- Attend presentations and meetings (as many as necessary, MINIMUM one per month)
- Delivery of information IN TIME
- Carry out inspection trips and prepare the corresponding reports and deliver results and recommendations to the client
- Perform minute by minute events and assign responsibilities based on the capabilities of each team member (supported by the Supervisor)
- In charge of payments and cancellation policies for each of the services contracted during the events
- Customer and supplier invoices
- Event Closing
- Follow institutional guidelines such as: operating policies, quotation, use established formats, code of conduct, dress, punctuality and attendance
- All those activities not mentioned but that due to the nature of the position are necessary for the proper development of the company
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 2 years minimum in the planning and logistics of congresses, conventions, incentives and conferences (Ideal experience with pharmaceutical companies).
- 2 years minimum of supplier dealings and negotiations
- Microsoft Office
- Experience in national and international events
- Availability to travel
- Varied working hours that can include weekends and holidays as well as hours outside of the office.
- English

Salary $15,000 gross + Food Vouchers, Uniform Vouchers, Food Aid, 8% Savings Fund, SGMM, Life Insurance, Funeral Expenses Support, 20 days of Bonus.
