Job description

We are actively looking for a RECEPTIONIST M/F at the Ibis Paris Tour Eiffel Cambronne hotel for a full-time permanent position (39 hours/week).

Reporting to the Accommodation Manager Assistants, you will join a team of 14 receptionist employees Day/Night.


Qualifications

Ideally, you have a successful first experience as a receptionist

- You are committed to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services, your ideas are welcome

- You have very good oral communication skills, you speak French and English (Portuguese is a plus) and you naturally reach out to our clients;

- Finally, you are dynamic by nature and proactive.

Additional Information

Hotel with 527 rooms, 1 restaurant, 2 bars, 6 seminar rooms, 60 employees, flagship hotel and completely renovated is looking for its new Receptionist on a permanent contract.

Man or woman in the field, passionate about customer reception and hospitality, you are looking for a position at the reception of a large capacity establishment.


Additional Information

Your future missions:

· You ensure a personalized and warm welcome, the well-being of the customers is always your priority.

· You will carry out guest arrivals, invoicing and departures in compliance with procedures and pricing policies.

· You ensure customer satisfaction and report comments to the relevant departments as needed.

· You will ensure the preparation of arrivals, and the assignments according to customer preferences.

· You are a driving force on the subject of quality and a force of proposal for the purpose of constant improvement.

· You are the guarantor of customer loyalty, they will surely come back for you!
