The first impression is always the right one! As a receptionist, you take care of our guests from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, ensuring that they have a memorable experience.

Your role:

Greet guests, ensure Check-in and Check-out
Establish invoicing and collection by guaranteeing exceptional service
Telephone reception and booking
Deliver a personalized customer experience
Promote the facilities of the establishment, improve the stay of the guests by offering services
Apply the procedures and policies defined by the brand and the group
Embodies the Heartist spirit in its interactions with customers
