Job Description

Plan, direct and supervise the cleaning and maintenance of rooms and public areas, ensuring that each space reflects the highest standard of luxury and comfort.
Rigorously apply the service and quality standards established in the operating manuals, ensuring an exceptional experience in each stay.
Meticulously verify that rooms meet the criteria of impeccable cleanliness, elegant furnishing, and perfect presentation, in line with international standards of luxury hospitality.
Supervise and follow up on Heartist training, fostering an environment of motivation, creativity and innovation within the team. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Previous experience in supervising staff, preferably in luxury or five-star hotels.
Proficiency in hotel operating systems such as OPERA, POS and management tools such as MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
Expertise in online review management platforms and quality and guest experience audit programs.
Advanced English, written and spoken.
Excellent communication skills, both with teams and guests.
High sense of responsibility, quality and professionalism, with a focus on luxury service to the internal and external client.
Mindset of innovation, change management and continuous improvement.
Analytical thinking skills, proactivity, teamwork and effective conflict resolution management.
