In this Role, you’ll get to
- Provide legal support to both the Thailand and overseas legal teams, including assisting with company secretary matters, licensing, regulatory reporting, daily operations, and contract drafting and reviews.
- Monitor and interpret changes in relevant laws and regulations, advising the business on necessary adjustments.
- Conduct research on Thailand and overseas laws and regulations to ensure compliance and provide up-to-date legal guidance.
What you'll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in law or higher.
- Minimally 3-5 years of PQE as a practicing lawyer in a law firm and/or in-house corporate legal department, preferably with exposure to international assignments.
- Experience in negotiating and drafting a wide range of agreements across various business areas.
- A Thailand lawyer license is an advantage.
- Strong communication, organizational, and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English for legal document review and consulting.
- Ability to communicate in English with foreign colleagues (TOEIC score 600+).
