Introduction
The Accommodation team at Trip.com is dedicated to driving the growth and success of our global accommodation business. This role is primarily focused on the Morocco market, while also managing Tunisia and Algeria, supporting overall business development in the region. As part of this dynamic team, you will play a key role in expanding and managing our portfolio of hotel partners, enhancing inventory coverage, and delivering exceptional value to our customers.

In this Role, you’ll get to:
  • Execute business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand inventory coverage across your regional hotel partner portfolio.

  • Own the end-to-end process for new hotel acquisitions and the ongoing management of existing accounts.
  • Proactively identify high-potential hotel partners, lead the contracting process, and ensure both the quality and quantity of new property signings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, monitor performance, provide ongoing support, and drive revenue growth within the assigned market.
  • Adopt a customer-centric approach in all activities, ensuring hotel content, rates, availability, and offerings align with company objectives and deliver optimal value to Trip.com customers.
  • Collaborate with operations and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, assess the competitive landscape, and uncover opportunities for business development.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to senior management, highlighting key results, challenges, and recommended actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in response to evolving business needs.
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Travel Industry experience working with hotels
  • Fluent in French (mandatory requirement).
  • Ability to analyse internal and external data to guide commercial decision-making
  • Experience working with internal stakeholders to drive commercial objectives
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Experience developing and implementing initiatives to drive performance with key partners
  • Outstanding negotiation skills 
  • Capable to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Results orientated and experience working to strict deadlines
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills 
  • Willing and able to travel between UAE and Morocco
