Job description
Goal:
Receive and serve customers according to the style of the brand of operation. Provide diverse information, according to the needs of customers and essential practices in the area. To put customers at the "heart" of everything that is carried out, in order to offer them a unique and unforgettable experience, in line with the Accor Service Culture.
Duties and responsibilities:
Reservations and pre-arrival service: Make and confirm reservations, answer emails and clarify doubts about daily rates, types of apartments, schedules, etc.
Check-in / Check-out: Register guests, check documents (including minors), deliver keys, post and check expenses, issue invoices and control cash flow.
Guest service: Welcoming customers according to the brand's standard, responding to requests, suggestions or complaints and passing them on to the responsible sectors.
Multipurpose support: Also work in a restaurant, bar or convenience store, as needed.
System and document management: Control apartment availability, check reports and documents, justify chargebacks, maintain fixed funds and check discrepancies in reservations.
Loyal customers: Identify and welcome repeat guests and loyalty program members, applying benefits and updating the ACDC.
Specific activities Ibis budget: Post breakfast recipe at the POS and check RDS x POS balances.
Organization and support: Ensure the cleanliness of the reception and back office, keep control books and materials organized.
Sustainability and brand culture: Participate in the actions of the Service Culture, follow environmental practices and be an ambassador of the brand's values.
Combo/Tri Combo Hotels: Apply the functions to all hotels involved, where applicable.
Other duties: Perform related tasks according to the needs of the area or hotel.
Qualifications
Minimum:
Middle school;
Office Package;
Intermediate English
Desirable:
Superior in Hospitality, Tourism or compatible;
Advanced English;
Intermediate Spanish;
06 months of experience with customer service.

Position Details:
6x1 scale;
2:45 p.m. to 10:56 p.m. or 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.
