Job description
Verify that the processes, procedures, routines and documents are implemented in accordance with the company's standards, identifying any irregularities and issuing the relevant reports
Receive guests/customers at the counter, identifying them and providing various information and clarifications (reservations, confirmation of air tickets, addresses/phone numbers of locations, complaints, etc.), throughout their stay.
Carry out the check-in of guests, providing the completion of the form, handing over the keys and directing them to the respective apartments.
Perform the check-out of guests, executing the closing of invoices, receiving payments, as well as setting up/organizing the respective processes.
Ensure compliance with reception procedures, as well as carry out billing processes and "Self-Control" procedures.
In emergency situations, comply with basic procedures and call those responsible (internet failure, lack of hot water, leakage, power outage, etc.)
Back up computer and server procedures.
Mediate conflicts and intervene in critical/atypical situations, with customers/guests, as well as report information, abnormalities and problems that occurred in their shift to the immediate superior.
Check maintenance and safety items, through a check-list, going through the areas/facilities of the hotel and registering irregularities.
Feed the system with the customer's booking information.
Offer, score and operate the loyalty program in accordance with established standards.
Generate billing and issue bank slips referring to the invoices of the day, checking the data to later forward to the ADM sector when necessary.
Perform the shift change, strictly following the pre-established procedures.
Realizar atendimento telefônico, seguindo os padrões da marca.
Manter o arquivo da área devidamente organizado.
Perform other related duties according to the needs of the area.
