Job Summary

He is responsible for supervising and coordinating the work of travel advisors, in accordance with the activities that make up the organization's processes, in order to ensure timely and effective attention.

Main responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the quality requirements established by the company and the service agreements agreed with the client, using the tools and procedures of the process, guaranteeing the processing of travel requests.
• Supervise the delivery times of the service process, in order to ensure compliance and as a team with the Service Manager establish improvement actions that reduce response times to the customer in case of non-compliance.
• Request, coordinate and/or carry out training for the Travel Advisors in charge on topics in which the need is detected, in order to ensure a trained staff that guarantees the quality of the activities carried out.
• Present to the Head of Service the monitoring reports of the group's indicators, seeking to jointly establish opportunities for improvement, corrective and preventive actions to achieve levels of productivity and quality of service

Requirements to apply

- Experience in the tourism sector

- Knowledge of GDS (Sabre or amadeus)

- Personnel management (Not exclusive)

- Proficiency in English (Essential for the position)
