Job Summary
To process requests for advice, quotation, reservation, issuance, confirmation and modification of travel requirements of clients, in accordance with the procedures and policies established by the organization.
Main responsibilities
- Guarantee telephone attention for internal and external customers, complying with the conditions and parameters of quality of service and making use of the protocols established in the reception and attention of calls.

- Verify and inform the customer of the data related to their itineraries and the news that arise in the day-to-day operation, through the telephone tool provided by the company.
- Provide support to requests generated by customers through the telephone tool provided by the company in order to guarantee a prompt response and effective solution to the requirement.
- To process and follow up on quotes, hotel reservations/transfers, confirmations and modifications requested by the client, received through any of the established means of request.
- Provide in a complete manner all the information required about the services acquired by the customer (tariff regulations, conditions and restrictions of the service, among others) guaranteeing transparency in the provision of the service.
- Provide timely management of eventualities and/or inconsistencies that affect the normal development of the provision of the service.
Requirements to apply
- Industry experience and management of GDS (Sabre or Amadeus)
- Availability to work rotating shifts
- Proficiency in English (essential for the position)
