Job Summary

Process requests for advice, quote, reservation, issuance, confirmation and modification of travel requirements from clients, complying with the policies established by the organization.

Main responsibilities

To process and follow up on quotations, reservations, issuances, confirmations and modifications requested by the client, received through any of the established means of requests. Complying with the conditions of service and following the parameters, procedures, instructions, tools, applications and response times established for each customer.

Serve the customer using the service and provision protocols established in BCD Travel.

To be an information channel between suppliers and the customer, in order to guide the latter during the provision of the service or in the event of eventualities that affect the formal development of the service

Monitor the timely application of customer benefits such as Upgrade grade, Waiver and redemption of award tickets, application of commercial agreements with airlines, among others, and their corresponding registration in the tool established for this purpose.

Education/Knowledge/Experience

Technician, technologist or professional in careers related to the tourism sector

Experience in ticketing and customer service in the corporate segment
