Job Summary

Organize, and manage customer engagement activities in accordance with the strategic plan, internal procedures and sales guidelines; in order to increase the number of customers in the organization.

 

Main responsibilities

 

  • Perform competitor analysis, in order to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the products and/or services offered, allowing to define competitiveness and marketing strategies.
  • Actively participate in market studies and advertising strategies (brochures, presentations, POP material, communications to potential customers, among others) carried out by the Marketing department, in order to achieve the fulfillment of the commercial objectives proposed by the organization.
  • Visit and present the portfolio of services based on the needs, expectations of the potential customer and internal policies of the organization, as well as comply with the sending of information requested by the customer, in order to guarantee the commercial link between both parties.
  • Develop strategies and/or action plans on sales projections and customer acquisition for the process, in order to measure the effectiveness and compliance with the objectives established by the commercial vice-presidency.
  • Carry out monitoring, analysis and feedback of the area's indicators in order to find opportunities for improvement and optimization of current processes.
  • Measure, evaluate, interpret and periodically support the management indicators of the processes that it administers to its respective head, in accordance with the measurement periods established in the procedures; in order to establish action plans that guarantee productivity levels and generate mechanisms that ensure the established goals.
