The Assistant Hale Nalu Restaurant Manager will assist and oversee our poolside restaurant and may also include recreation areas on the resort's pool deck. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Hale Nalu Restaurant Manager must have strong leadership and communication skills, able to build positive connections with colleagues and teams, food and beverage leadership experience and strong analytical skills.
Salary range $61,800 to $86,600.

Qualifications
Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
