We are seeking a Pastry Supervisor to join our culinary team, bringing passion, creativity, and leadership to our kitchen.
The Pastry supervisor leads a team in crafting exquisite baked good and specialty items for our restaurants, café, and special events. This role blends artistry, with leadership, ensuring consistent quality, presentation and innovation.

Your Impact as a Pastry Supervisor
Lead and support the pastry team, fostering an environment of collaboration and innovation
Supervise daily pastry operations, including production, inventory and sanitation
Develop and implement creative menu items, aligned with Hyatt brand standard
Drive consistency in food production, ordering, cost control, and quality assurance
Maintain the highest standards of safety and sanitation throughout kitchen operations
Inspire and coach the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and employee satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
Proven ability to produce consistent, high-quality pastry items under pressure and tight timelines.
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence
Proficiency in general computer knowledge
A commitment to exceeding guest expectations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Culinary education and/or professional experience, preferably in a hotel setting
