ABOUT THE ROLE
The Reservations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Reservations department, ensuring smooth and efficient processes that align with our luxury service standards. This position reports directly to the Director of Operations, with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Area Director of Revenue Management.
This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who thrives in a dynamic, luxury-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences through seamless and strategic reservation management.
Salary Range: $65,000/year - $70,000/year
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the daily operations of the Reservations Department, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to luxury service standards
· Administer luxury consortia programs, oversee Revinate RezForce, and handle all aspects of the group reservations process
· Maintain accurate rate structures and configurations in the Property Management System (PMS)
· Oversee all aspects of the reservations process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to the hotel’s service standards
· Collaborate with the Revenue Team by managing rooms and rate availability; perform regular rate audits and extract data to build strategic revenue reports
· Communicate regularly with Front Office and Sales departments concerning sales strategy and house status
· Serve as the key liaison between Sales, Front Office, and Revenue to ensure smooth guest experiences and optimize occupancy
