We are looking for Cluster Director of Human Resources for our Villa Le Corail, A Gran Melia Hotel, based in Nha Trang (Vietnam).
Mission
The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, and employee development. You will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, helping to align HR strategies with business goals, and ensuring that our employees have a rewarding and supportive work experience.
Main Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's business objectives. Lead HR initiatives that promote a positive organizational culture and improve overall employee engagement.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract and retain top talent. Ensure the company maintains a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Employee Relations: Foster a supportive and inclusive workplace environment. Resolve employee issues and conflicts in a timely and fair manner, while promoting a culture of respect and open communication.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with industry standards and support the company’s growth.
- Compliance & Legal: Ensure the organization is compliant with all federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations. Stay informed about changes in HR laws and practices and adjust policies accordingly.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs aimed at developing employees’ skills, leadership abilities, and career growth.
Main Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically, manage multiple priorities, and drive results.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration.
