Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking a motivated Senior Analyst, Strategic Insights to join our Global Commercial Services team. In this role, you will play a key part in analyzing commercial performance and uncovering actionable insights that directly shape Hyatt’s strategic priorities. By transforming complex data into clear, compelling narratives, you will help align cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making across regions, brands, and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
• Analyze commercial performance data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic planning and business priorities.
• Translate complex findings into clear, compelling narratives and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Synthesize Commercial Services data across Revenue Management, Distribution, Sales, Digital, Marketing, and Brand to deliver holistic insights.
• Measure and report on the performance of key initiatives and programs within the Project Management Organization (PMO).
• Enhance analytic tools, processes, and frameworks to improve accuracy, efficiency, and decision-making capabilities.
• Contribute insights to special projects and cross-functional initiatives that drive innovation and commercial growth.
Qualifications
Experience Required:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or commercial functions.
• Demonstrated ability to derive insights from data and influence decision-making across teams
Experience Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field required.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).
• Understanding of hospitality industry metrics and dynamics preferred

The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000. This position is also eligible to earn incentive awards and an annual bonus. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
