2. Program Overview
This 6-month structured development program provides future hospitality leaders with the opportunity to experience the dynamic world of luxury hotel operations.
Participants will engage in training Rooms or Food & Beverage department, receive tailored professional coaching, and take on hands-on leadership assignments that build both operational and managerial capabilities.
The program encourages creative thinking, empathy, and individuality, while aligning with Hyatt’s purpose of “Caring for people so they can be their best.”

1. Qualifications
1) Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related field.
2) Language Skills: Proficiency in Korean (mandatory).
English communication skills sufficient for international workplace collaboration.
3) Experience: Previous internship or part-time experience in hospitality or service industry preferred.
4) Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, teamwork mindset, and problem-solving skills.
2. Requirements
1) Visa Status: Eligible to work in Korea (Korean citizen or valid work authorization).
2) Duration: Commitment to complete the full 6-months program.
3) Schedules: Willingness to work in shifts and flexible schedules as required by hotel operations.
