Your day to day
Develop new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event companies both domestically and internationally.

Lead proposal presentations, negotiate contracts and pricing terms, and drive successful deal closings.

Understand diverse cultural and business practices to conduct effective and flexible sales activities.

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and business meetings to expand brand and hotel visibility.

Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Reservations, Banquets, and Operations to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Create and deliver impactful presentations and proposals, while actively networking to generate new business leads.


What we need from you
*** Local hiring position***

To apply, candidate must have proper visa or permanent resident qualification in Japan.

Proven sales experience with a proactive approach to new business development and proposal activities

Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is highly desirable

Excellent communication skills in English and Japanese (Chinese proficiency is a plus)

TOEIC score of 730 or above, or equivalent English proficiency

Strong negotiation and closing skills, including pricing and contract terms

Ability to build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event partners

Flexibility and cultural sensitivity to work effectively in a multicultural environment

Strong project management skills, including time management and deadline adherence

Effective presentation and networking skills to engage clients and partners
