We are looking to hire a Product Project Manager to join our team! Reporting to the Director of Revenue Management and Product. In this role you will help drive the execution of cross-functional initiatives that support the delivery of high-value processes and projects. You’ll work closely with multiple partners across the organization, including marketing, accounting, operations, and tech. Additionally, this role will support the day-to-day operations required to keep projects and processes running efficiently, including task coordination, partner follow-ups, and maintaining a meticulous attention to detail. This is a key role for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and organization

What you’ll do:
- Drive end-to-end project or process execution across the organization, from planning to delivery and post-launch support
- Engage closely with interested parties to convert project vision into concrete project plans, timelines, and participant responsibility.
- Facilitate regular meetings with partners to receive updates on progress and unblock tasks or outstanding responsibilities
- Identify and lead project risks, blockers, and dependencies; proactively raise issues when needed. Provide a regular update to leaders in the organization.
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation and communicate progress to collaborators at all levels.
- Specifically, get involved in several key processes, like destination expansion, familiarization trip planning, insurance reporting, and product line expansion, among other projects that are prioritized within the business. This includes supporting the day-to-day tasks and admin work crucial to keeping the project on track and progressing efficiently.

- Strong organizational skills for efficiently prioritizing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal direction
- Quick learner with sharp analytical and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility, demonstrating the ability to adapt to changing objectives
- Ability to prioritize workload to improve commercial impact Proficient in Microsoft Office including Microsoft Excel, and other project management tools like Jira, Smartsheet, or other similar tools
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required, along with a background in project management and at least 3 years of experience
