Job Description
Shift in charge in the absence of the manager
Front desk management
General front desk duties
Mentoring and training of subordinates
Guest service (including complaint handling)
Qualifications
2+ years of experience
1+ years of experience in the same position (same title)
2+ years of experience in the hotel front office or club lounge
English/Japanese communication skills (90% or more guests are foreign nationals)
Valid work visa for Japan (work permit required)
Flexible work style
Ability to collaborate with team members
