The Role
The Associate Manager – Financial Partnerships supports our largest and most important partnerships associated with our cobrand credit card portfolio and other global financial opportunities. The Associate Manager supports the day-to-day operations of our credit cards across IT, marketing, legal, GCC, and others to drive new card acquisitions and engage existing Cardmembers. The Associate Manager also supports global financial offers and the Points.com partnership
•Manage day-to-day responsibilities to successfully grow our cobrand credit card and drive Hyatt Corporation EBITDA for both the consumer and small business card
•Manage credit card marketing tactics across multi-channel marketing campaigns, including measurement, new channel tests, and creative review
•Manage Hyatt’s points purchase product, working with third-party
•Support offers with financial services companies to drive stays at Hyatt hotels
Qualifications
Experience Required:
•3+ years of marketing/agency/account management/project management experience
•Relationship/Client management experience
•Strong account management and organizational skills, with an ability to multitask
•Excellent communication skills – writing/presentation skills, experience communicating with executive leadership a plus
•Basic analytical skills and comfort with Excel
•Strong negotiation skills are a plus
•Experience or exposure to the financial services industry is a plus
•Creative/innovative approach to problem solving
•History of delivering results and implementing change
•Proven ability to collaborate across a highly matrixed organization
•Highly professional and able to appropriately represent the company to external partners

The salary range for this position is $78,500.00 to $102,000. This position is also eligible to earn an annual bonus.
The final salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
