We’re seeking a collaborative, conversion-focused copywriter with a keen sense of brand voice and storytelling to join our in-house creative team on a full-time, contract basis. Reporting into the Creative Director and working closely with senior writers and designers, you’ll help translate core brand messaging into polished, performance-driven copy that speaks to a discerning global audience. The right candidate understands the importance of when to leverage cadence, tone, and nuance and when to focus on clarity and conversion, shifting effortlessly between long-form storytelling and high-performing short-form content. You are fast, thoughtful, and self-directed—you actively seek out context and feedback and take pride in writing that delivers both emotional and measurable impact. A strong teammate, you care deeply about the details and consistently meet or exceed the standards of a high-touch luxury brand.

What you’ll do:

  • Write with precision and purpose across digital and print channels, ensuring that copy drives engagement while maintaining clarity, polish, and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with CRM and marketing partners to compose emails and nurture sequences that resonate with a high-net-worth audience.
  • Adapt existing messaging frameworks and brand platforms into copy that performs across formats and channels.
  • Partner with designers and collaborators to ensure messaging and visuals work in harmony.
  • Shape compelling copy for paid media performance placements and other conversion-focused touchpoints without compromising brand integrity.
  • Contribute ideas to campaign planning and content strategy sessions that align with broader company goals
  • Edit, proof, and ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand voice across all deliverables.
  • Monitor performance, iterating copy elements like subject lines, headlines, and CTAs based on A/B testing and analytics
  • Stay updated with industry trends, digital marketing practices, and competitive messaging—and bring that perspective to your work as you grow.

What you’ll bring:

  • 3-5 years of professional marketing or conversion writing experience, ideally in a studio, agency, or hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of brand voice and the ability to write across formats and audiences.
  • Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and editorial consistency.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and experience writing copy that engages and converts.
  • A portfolio that shows polished, engaging copy—preferably with examples that demonstrate brand storytelling and conversion awareness.
  • Strong communicator and active collaborator—comfortable giving and receiving feedback
  • Experience in advertising campaigns (direct mail, digital, print & email) campaigns
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects of varying complexities, meet deadlines, and work well under pressure
