Travel Agent (Hybrid)

Full-time, Tokyo, Japan

As a travel consultant, you're the face of our company. You'll connect with and respond to requests from existing and new clients, helping them travel smarter and achieve more. Are you comfortable communicating and customer service-minded? – Read on!

As a travel agent, you will:

Properly guide and continually consult with clients

Search for and confirm client travel reservations

Provide clients with necessary industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties

Complete requests using appropriate BCD Travel tools and systems

Follow up within the client-promised timeframe, as needed

Maintain up-to-date knowledge and application of travel supplier rules

About You

Experience in a customer service-oriented position

Excellent problem-solving and/or critical thinking skills

Ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously

Effective communication skills in English and Japanese

Travel industry systems skills (GDS Amadeus)
