Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and analytical Director of Revenue to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic revenue management initiatives to drive organizational growth and profitability.

Develop and execute comprehensive revenue strategies aligned with organizational goals and market conditions
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and internal data to optimize pricing and revenue generation
Lead and mentor a team of revenue management professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement revenue-enhancing initiatives and processes
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on revenue performance and forecasts
Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities to drive growth
Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards in revenue management practices
Leverage cutting-edge revenue management tools and technologies to maximize organizational performance
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in revenue management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in revenue management or a similar role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position
Proven track record of enhancing organizational performance through strategic revenue initiatives
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Proficiency in revenue management software and financial analysis tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and revenue optimization techniques
Experience in the Saudi Arabian market or similar regional markets is highly desirable
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across all levels of an organization
