We're on the lookout for two Sales Agents to join our high-performing team in Saint-Raphaël, right on the beautiful French Riviera!
Reporting directly to the Leopard Catamaran Sales Manager – Europe, you’ll play a key role in selling luxury yachts to our European customer base.
If you're a motivated sales professional with strong language skills in French & English or Spanish & English, we want to hear from you!

- Competitive earnings package: Salary + Commission (€25-35k / On Target Earnings: €80+ in year 1. Likely to increase up to €130k + from year 2-3 onwards)

What you’ll do:
- Quickly become an expert in Leopard Catamarans' sail and power yachts
- Manage leads and sales through our CRM, HubSpot, from first contact to signed contract
- Follow up, nurture, and convert prospects into sales while exceeding targets
- Build strong relationships with the Sales Manager and collaborate on marketing initiatives
- Engage with social media, forums, and industry blogs to stay connected and informed
- Represent the brand at boat shows, trade events, and client sea trials
- Coordinate yacht showings, client visits, and occasional travel to our bases/offices
- Maintain professionalism in all communications and ensure compliance with internal approval processes
- Participate in training, meetings, and assist with database upkeep alongside IT
What you’ll bring:
- Proven sales experience, ideally in high-ticket sales or the marine industry
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills across all levels
- A flexible, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confidence in explaining financial evaluations and presentations
- Self-motivated, persistent, and committed to delivering results
- Ability to build credibility and close sales with confidence
- Comfortable working a flexible schedule, including evenings, to reach global clients
- Excellent communication skills, in person, over the phone, and via email
- Proficient in Microsoft Office skills (CRM/ HubSpot experience a plus)
- Fluency in French & English or Spanish & English
