About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Customer Business Analyst to join our global Customer Insights & Analytics team. This role is ideal for an experienced analytics professional who enjoys translating complex data into actionable customer insights and collaborating with team members to influence decision-making.
You will play a key role in crafting customer understanding across Travelopia’s brands, supporting sales and marketing efficiency, and using modern analytics tools and AI capabilities.

What You’ll Do
Analysis & Insights
- Examine intricate customer datasets to provide practical insights that guide leadership and cross-functional groups.
- Conduct customer segmentation analyses, including RFV (Recency, Frequency, Value) modeling and repeat purchase behavior analysis.
- Assess sales and marketing outcomes across initiatives to support data-driven customer engagement and revenue growth.
- Validate business hypotheses using structured, high-quality analytical approaches.
- Ensure analytical accuracy through validation, peer review, and quality control.
Data Visualization & Reporting
- Compose and build advanced dashboards in Power BI to track marketing and sales performance.
- Convert intricate data into clear, engaging stories for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Partner with teams to improve data collection, consistency, and reporting processes.
- Proactively identify and resolve data quality and reporting issues.
Collaborator Partnership
- Communicate insights clearly through presentations and storytelling tailored to senior collaborators.
- Provide data-driven recommendations and articulate business implications.
- Align with business teams on analytical requirements, project scope, and success criteria.
- Support analytics project planning, delivery timelines, and risk management.
- Act as a trusted partner to Travelopia brands on customer data and insights.
AI & Analytics Innovation
- Use AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and Claude to support analysis, hypothesis generation, and insight development.
- Apply AI-assisted techniques to improve dashboard development and storytelling.
- Collaborate with data and technology teams to explore advanced analytics and automation opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
Experience & Skills
- 4–6 years’ experience in analytics, ideally within sales, marketing, or customer insights
- Demonstrated ability to analyze extensive datasets to provide practical insights
- Strong capability in building Power BI dashboards and data visualization
- Experience presenting insights and recommendations to senior collaborators
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail
- Strategic approach with the ability to connect data to business outcomes
Technical Expertise
- Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI
- SQL and Power Query
- Python and/or R
- Statistical analysis techniques
- AI exposure, including prompting with Microsoft Copilot
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric data agents is desirable
