Key Responsibilities
1.Financial & Accounting Management
・Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L and Balance Sheet)
・Prepare financial reports for Corporate Office and Ownership
2.Budgeting & Forecasting
・Develop and manage the annual operating budget
・Prepare rolling forecasts and long-term financial projections
・Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) and propose improvement actions
3.Revenue & Cost Control
・Monitor and control departmental costs across all hotel operations (Rooms, F&B, Spa, Events, etc.)
・Optimize labor costs, food cost, and overall operational expenses
4.Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable
・Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to ensure accuracy and timely processing
5.Team Management
・Lead, manage, and develop the finance team
6.Other Duties
Perform other related duties as assigned
・Practical work experience in accounting and finance
・Prior experience in the hotel industry, particularly within luxury or international hotels, is highly preferred
・Strong knowledge of financial accounting and management accounting
・Hands-on experience with hotel accounting systems (e.g., SUN, Opera, etc.)
・Japanese: Business level or above (required)
・English: Business level
