Job Description

The Opportunity

We are searching for an individual who is passionate about the Hospitality business to join our dynamic team to support the Corporate Revenue Management team in the implementation of key programs, tools & strategies for the Revenue Management function in the group.

This role provides hands-on exposure to enterprise initiatives such as rate parity, OTA Management, revenue systems and performance analytics.

You will work closely with international colleagues, external partners, and system vendors, contributing to data analysis, and process coordination that directly impact distribution performance and direct channel competitiveness. This role is ideal for an analytical and detail-oriented individual looking to build a strong foundation in revenue management within a global hospitality group.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Ascott’s Enterprise Rate Parity Program, which includes cluster calls with international colleagues
  • Assist in maintaining Direct Brand Channel competitiveness to support the group’s Direct Distribution objectives
  • Provide OTA Management support
  • Assist with the co-ordination and execution of Ascott’s Best Rate Guarantee Program
  • Support the Corporate Revenue Management Team in delivering its suite of Revenue Management tools to clusters. This includes performing data validation, UAT, training and troubleshooting.
  • Generate reports and perform analysis, whenever required.
  • Provide department administrative support.

Job Requirement
  • Fresh graduates with relevant background and/ or 1 to 2 years of hands-on Revenue Management experience will be beneficial to the role.
  • Experience with Hospitality Systems: Hands-on experience with Central Reservations Systems (CRS), Property Management Systems (PMS), or Global Distribution Systems (GDS) within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI for data analysis and presentation purposes. Experience with RPA (UiPath), Workflow Automation is an asset.
  • Communication Skills: Working level of written and spoken English is required, additional languages are an asset.
