Job Description

Attend daily briefings and perform assigned housekeeping tasks efficiently

Clean, maintain, and restock guest rooms and assigned areas according to standards

Report damages, malfunctions, lost & found items, and unusual activities to Supervisor

Handle guest requests and complaints tactfully and promptly

Maintain equipment cleanliness, accurate room status, and daily productivity reports

Follow Accor safety, security (ALEART), quality, and sustainability standards


Qualifications

Primary school education
Good oral proficiency in English language
Service oriented with an eye for details
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
