Job Description
Clean and maintain all public areas, restrooms, exterior areas, and back-of-house to hotel standards

Operate cleaning equipment safely and ensure tools are clean and in good condition

Perform floor care, carpet cleaning, dusting, and polishing of surfaces, furniture, glass, and fixtures

Maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies and collect items from the general store

Report lost & found items, maintenance issues, and safety hazards to the Supervisor promptly

Follow Accor safety, security (ALEART), service quality, and sustainability standards while providing professional guest service


Qualifications

Primary school education
Good oral proficiency in English language
Service oriented with an eye for details
Ability to work effectively and contribute in a team
