Requisitos Técnicos:
- Experiencia mínima de 2 años en alimentos y bebidas, restaurante, bar, banquetes
- Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión
- Manejo de paquete Windows
- Experiencia en manejo de personal
- Disponibilidad de laborar en horarios rotativos
- Conocimiento del idioma inglés mínimo del 70%
- Actitud de Servicio
- Carne de Manipulación de Alimentos al día
Función Principal: Encargado de la logística de cada evento (corporativo) siendo el contacto principal por parte del hotel
Es la persona encargada de supervisar Banquetes, asegurándose que se brinde un servicio de alta calidad. Tiene dentro de sus responsabilidades están, asegurarse del buen flujo de servicio en las diferentes áreas a su cargo, proactivamente asignar staff suficiente por turno. Apoya las iniciativas de la empresa con las que se logre el alcance de las metas establecidas
Responsabilidades Generales:
- Suscribe todas las políticas y procedimientos uniformes
- Realiza todos los contactos de los clientes y realiza actividades de una manera profesional y eficiente mantenimiento un compromiso con la satisfacción de los clientes
- Mantener un equipo de cooperación con actitud positiva tanto dentro como fuera del departamento para lograr la satisfacción del cliente
- Mantener una actitud positiva hacia el hotel y el trabajo que realiza
- Mantener al staff de operaciones de banquetes informado sobre cualquier cambio en los eventos en desarrollo o futuros.
- Supervisar que los asociados cumplan con las funciones y tiempos de cada evento.
- Presenta informes de trabajo a tiempo.
Responsabilidades Específicos:
- Asegurarse de que todas las funciones se coloquen correctamente en el vestíbulo y en la entrada de las salas de reuniones
- Dar asistencia a los clientes personalmente y por radio
- Comunica cualquier oportunidad para el departamento que participe en el banquete de operación
- Da seguimiento de oficina a los clientes si es necesario
- Inspecciona los salones para realizar las funciones asignadas se asegura de que todos los detalles estén conforme con el BEO
- Verifica que las funciones programadas se lleven a cabo de acuerdo al plan
Funciones Secundarias:
- Apoyo a los capitanes de banquetes
- Da seguimiento a la resolución de problemas
