Job Description

The Commis position at Tamayyaz requires a dedicated professional capable of executing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining the highest standards of quality and cleanliness. This role demands attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to excellence in culinary operations.

Efficiently manage and execute multiple orders concurrently
Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards at the assigned station at all times
Ensure proper stocking of food ingredients and equipment at the workstation
Assume full responsibility for the quality of all output from the assigned station
Consistently produce culinary creations of the highest caliber
Meticulously document and report any food waste or equipment issues
Demonstrate effective communication skills with team members and actively seek guest feedback for continuous improvement

Qualifications

Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi Nationals Only.
Open to candidates with little to no work experience, including fresh graduates and those with up to 6 months of relevant work experience.
Basic English skills are a must.
Strong passion for the Hospitality Field.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Is a team player that contributes to and proactively assists co-workers.
Ability to work a flexible roster depending on departmental needs.
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.
