Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager Sales for our Bengaluru and Mysore. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow our sales team in one of India's most vibrant business hubs. As an Assistant Manager Sales, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets.
Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed regional targets
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team goals
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts in the Bengaluru region
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
Monitor and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
3-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the Bengaluru market
1-2 years of team management experience in a sales environment
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
Advanced skills in sales forecasting and data analysis
In-depth knowledge of the Bengaluru business landscape and market trends
Fluency in English and Kannada
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent time management and organizational skills
