PRIMARY PURPOSE
Wilderness Air Namibia is part of a multi-national operation that operates a fleet of Cessna 210’s and Cessna Grand Caravans, chosen for their ability to transport visitors to remote Wilderness destinations. Wilderness Air is proud to be the air partner of Wilderness, a responsible ecotourism and conservation company with private access to the finest wilderness and wildlife areas of southern Africa. Wilderness Air is privileged to fly into some of the most pristine wilderness areas in and around Namibia. We believe that flying is an integral part of each guest’s travel experience and that our pilots’ passion and professionalism can make a genuine contribution to journeys that change lives. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and dedicated individuals with a passion and proven experience in the aviation field. The applicants will be based in Windhoek and will travel into remote areas frequently.

C210 Requirements
A valid Commercial pilot license
Minimum of 250 Hours total flight time
C210 Endorsement
Must be current on type
Level 6 English proficiency
Instructor rating and experience is an added advantage
Valid instrument rating (added advantage)
Possession of safety management system (SMS) qualification will be an advantage.
Possession of a quality management system (QMS) qualification will be an advantage

C208 Requirements
A valid commercial pilot license
Minimum of 1000 Hours total flight time
A valid C208 rating
Level 6 English proficiency
Must be willing to operate both types of Aircraft (C210 & C208)
Instructor rating and experience is an added advantage
Valid instrument rating
Possession of safety management system (SMS) qualification will be an advantage.
Possession of a quality management system (QMS) qualification will be an advantage
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
