Role
Amangiri is seeking a warm, attentive Bell Attendant to join our Guest Services team. As a Bell Attendant, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their stay by delivering exceptional and personalized service from arrival to departure. This full-time position requires genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Greet all guests warmly and assist with luggage handling upon arrival and departure
Escort guests to their suites, providing a resort overview and suite orientation
Deliver amenities, packages, and guest requests in a prompt and courteous manner
Maintain cleanliness and readiness of bell carts, lobby areas, and Porte Cochère
Assist in staging and moving luggage for group arrivals and departures
Monitor guest activity to offer proactive support or transportation assistance
Support the Front Office and Concierge teams with guest requests and errands
Maintain detailed knowledge of resort amenities, layout, and local area information
Comply with all safety and security procedures while handling guest belongings
Uphold the highest grooming and uniform standards, always representing Aman with pride
Required Experience & Qualifications
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Oral proficiency in the English language
High School graduate or G.E.D.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must be organized, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Sensitive to cultural nuances and guest preferences
Previous hospitality or guest services experience preferred
Multi-lingual abilities are a plus
