Key Responsibilities

·         Deliver a personalized and engaging guest experience with a focus on service and sales.

·         Develop strong knowledge of artists, products, and the story behind each item.

·         Maintain boutique presentation standards, including visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and product organization.

·         Assist with sales transactions, guest inquiries, and follow-up on waitlisted or special-order items.

·         Support inventory counts, tracking, and basic retail accounting records.

·         Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate.

·         Assist with packing, shipping, and inventory management tasks.

·         Maintain daily journals and communicate updates to the Gallery Manager.

·         Support clerical duties and administrative tasks related to boutique operations.

·         Represent a positive and professional resort image at all times.

Required Experience & Qualifications

·         Previous experience in a hotel, luxury retail, or customer service environment preferred.

·         Strong interest in artisan goods, fashion, art, and luxury retail.

·         Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

·         High attention to detail with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

·         Positive, engaging, and service-oriented personality.

·         Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.

·         Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computerized systems.

·         Ability to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with company standards.

·         Ability to stand for extended periods and lift, carry, push, or pull up to 45 lbs in various indoor and outdoor climates.
