We are looking to hire a Sales Support Specialist to join our team! Reporting to Senior Sales Support, you will be at the centre of the sales operation, supporting both the Phone and Web Sales teams to keep bookings, leads, and systems running smoothly. From distributing online and agent bookings to managing queues, deadlines, and reporting, you’ll make sure nothing slips through the cracks while providing valuable insights on performance and customer experience. Building strong relationships with partners and help maintain high service standards across the team. It’s a varied, fast-paced role suited to someone organised, proactive, detail-focused, and genuinely passionate about adventure travel.

What you’ll do:
- Accurately process and distribute online bookings in the reservation system.
- Distribute bookings submitted through the agent portal in a timely and organized manner.
- Manage absence tracking through tools such as Distributely to support smooth team operations.
- Distribute E‑Leads to Web Sales Consultants through HubSpot and shared Sales inboxes, ensuring prompt customer follow‑up.
- Monitor and resolve reservation‑confirmation failure queues to maintain service accuracy.
- Verify that all overseas booking forms are completed and processed within required SLAs.
- Prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports to support coaching and performance insights for Team Leaders.
- Build strong working relationships with Lead Generators (e.g., Responsible Travel, Guardian Holidays) by managing queries, reporting, and account coordination.
- Produce partnership and affiliate performance reports, and support additional reporting needs from Team Leaders, Head of UK Sales, and Customer Director

- A proactive, can‑do attitude toward an evolving role within a fast‑paced and dynamic department.
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role, with confidence communicating directly with customers when needed (preferred).
- High standards of customer service and strong attention to detail.
- Ambitious, keen to progress, and motivated to develop their career.
- Experience with long‑haul independent travel and good geographical knowledge.
- Competence in handling client requests and questions efficiently.
- Ability to independently prioritize workload on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Sound knowledge of Excel, with good knowledge of Word and HubSpot considered beneficial.
